Refund Policy — Flowinest Lab

Digital Products

All products sold by Flowinest Lab are digital templates and tools delivered instantly via download. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you receive access to your download, the transaction is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

When We Make Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, contact us within 14 days of purchase:

- File corruption or download failure — We will re-send the file or provide a working download link at no additional cost.

- Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

- Product not as described — If the product does not match the description on the product page, we will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund.
