What formats do your products come in?
It depends on the product. Most Flowinest systems are Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx), which also work in Google Sheets. Some products include additional files — PDFs, HTML files, or document templates — and a few are delivered as Google Docs + Google Sheets bundles. Every product page clearly states the exact format under the "Format" and "Includes" sections before you buy.
How do I receive my purchase?
All products are delivered instantly as digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads at any time from your order confirmation page. There are no physical shipments and no waiting.
Do I need a subscription to use these systems?
No. Every product on Flowinest Lab is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own the system forever — no monthly fees, no renewals, no platform lock-in. Updates for v1.x versions are included where noted.
Do I need special software to use these tools?
For Excel-based systems (.xlsx): Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (free). No macros required unless explicitly noted. For Google Docs/Sheets bundles: a free Google account is all you need — use the "Make a Copy" link included in your download. For document bundles (OPS10K, OPS120D, OPS25): standard PDF reader and a word processor or Google Docs for editable files.
Can I use these for client work or resell them?
Standard products (OPS00–OPS06, calculators) are licensed for personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files. OPS25 (Flowinest MAX) includes a specific 25-client delivery license — you can install the system for up to 25 of your own clients. OPS10K and OPS120D include a single-agency white-label license: you may brand and sell the service to clients, but not resell the files as standalone documents. Full license terms are included with every download.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed. If you have a technical issue accessing your files, contact us at flowinestlab@gmail.com and we'll resolve it within 48 business hours. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances as required by applicable law.
I'm not sure which product is right for me — where do I start?
If you're a freelancer or consultant managing clients and cash flow, start with OPS01 — Invoice & Payment Pipeline. It's our most complete core system and the logical foundation for the rest of the suite. If you sell on Amazon, start with OPSAMZS (FBA/FBM seller) or OPSAMZV (Vendor/1P). If you run an agency and want to scale delivery or add an AI service line, look at OPS25, OPS10K, or OPS120D. Still not sure? Use the Request a Template page to tell us what you need.
Do you offer custom systems or templates?
Yes. If you need a business system we haven't built yet, use the Request a Template page to describe what you're looking for. We review all requests and build new systems based on recurring operator needs. There's no guarantee of delivery timelines, but we read every submission.
I have a technical question about a product I purchased — how do I get help?

Please note that our products are self-implementation systems — we don't offer live consulting, setup calls, or done-for-you services unless explicitly stated in the product description.
