Our Policy on Digital Products

All products sold by Flowinest are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, we have a strict no-refund policy once a file has been delivered.

No Refund After Delivery

Once a digital file has been sent to your email or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy exists because digital products cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but never received the download link or confirmation email.
• The file you downloaded is corrupted or does not open.
• The product delivered is substantially different from what was described on the product page.
• A technical error caused a duplicate charge.

How to Request Support

If you experience any of the issues above, contact us at support@flowinest.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Compatibility

Please ensure your software is compatible with the listed file format before purchasing. All required tools are listed on each product page. Purchases made without verifying compatibility are non-refundable.
